  • Pricing: Prices for menu items are set by the Vendors. While we strive to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is mispriced.
  • Payment: All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card or payment information.

• Delivery

  We work with a network of delivery partners, including independent third-party partners, the Vendors' own delivery staff, and our own riders, to deliver your food.

  • Delivery Fees: A delivery fee will be applied to each order, which may vary based on factors such as location, time of day, and order value.
  • Timeliness: We provide estimated delivery times, but these are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by you or if you are not available to receive the order, you may be charged for the full cost of the order and a cancellation fee.

• Intellectual Property

• Vendor Terms

  By using the Platform, Vendors agree to the following:

  • Independent Contractor Relationship: Vendors are independent contractors and are not employees of Bring this food logistics limited. Vendors are solely responsible for their own operations, including compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and food safety standards.
  • Menu and Pricing Accuracy: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all menu items, descriptions, and pricing displayed on the Platform are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order Fulfillment: Vendors must accept and fulfil orders in a timely manner, ensuring that the food is prepared correctly and is of high quality.

• Rider Terms

  By providing delivery services through the Platform, Riders agree to the following:

  • Independent Contractor Relationship: Independent and Vendor Riders are independent contractors and are not employees of Bring this food logistics limited. They are responsible for their own vehicles, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Delivery Standards: Riders agree to handle and transport all food safely and to deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner.

• Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality of food, the services provided by Vendors or delivery partners, or the uninterrupted or error-free nature of the Platform.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bring this food logistics limited and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or your inability to use it.

• Changes to the Terms
